Every order is packed with love and handled with attention to ensure that your purchase reaches you in perfect condition. Because many of our items are made in small batches, shipping times may vary slightly — but rest assured, the wait is always worth it. We truly appreciate your patience and support for our brand.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your payment has been successfully received.
- Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- During peak seasons, such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may extend to 5–7 business days due to high order volumes.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
If your purchase includes custom-made, pre-order, or personalized products, please allow additional time for crafting and preparation. Estimated processing times for such items will be clearly mentioned on the respective product pages.

We use trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and promptly. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the selected shipping option during checkout.

Note: Delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed and shipped. Remote areas or international destinations may experience additional delays due to customs procedures or local courier handling.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination.
Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be offered — these will be clearly mentioned on our homepage or product pages.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
4. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
To ensure successful delivery, please verify that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order.
Cindy & Co is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. We’ll reach out to confirm the correct address before re-dispatching your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking link so you can monitor your package’s progress in real time.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
6. International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide! However, international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, taxes, or import duties upon arrival in your country.
These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing times can vary, and we cannot control or predict these delays.
7. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we do everything possible to deliver your order on time, unforeseen events such as extreme weather, natural disasters, postal strikes, or customs delays may impact delivery times.
In such cases, we appreciate your understanding and patience while we work with carriers to resolve the issue.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears tampered with, please contact us at cindyandcoinc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item so that we can initiate a replacement or refund process promptly.
If tracking indicates that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local post office or neighbors. If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will help file a claim with the carrier.
9. Split Shipments
Occasionally, to ensure faster delivery, items from your order may be shipped separately from different warehouses. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if applicable.
